These luxurious grounds offer endless possibilities for your weekly shuswap cottage rental, shuswap outdoor weddings, shuswap family reunions, shuswap company retreats or just a shuswap weekend get-away.

We offer our Beautiful Country Style Cottage located high on our private acreage by itself or rent the whole property for a larger event.

You can Relax on the covered wrap around deck & enjoy the outstanding panoramic views of Mara Lake, Rosemond Lake & Shuswap River.

A creek runs within a few feet of the cottage & into a private pond.

A short walk to Mara Provincial Park Beach & boat launch for quick access to the Mara & Shuswap Lakes.

Ample parking for RVs & Snowmobile Trailers. These private grounds offer hiking opportunities & the chance to watch eagles & other wild life in their natural setting.

Open Year Round.

Cottage Payment Details:

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Pine Bed set Pillow top mattress, 2 end tables, Armoire, 15" LCD TV with DVD Player and movies provided, sliding doors off to Deck
Bedroom 2: Double Bed (sleeps 2) Pewter Bed set, 2 end tables, Armoire, Gorgeous lake and mountain views
Bedroom 3: Double Futon (sleeps 2) Oak Double Futon, 20" TV with N64 Game system games provided, Armoire, Gorgeous lake and mountain views

Additional Sleeping:

Bunk House: Located in separate building off Master bedroom deck, sleeps 4-6 (ideal for kids)
2 Double bunks and 1 upper loft.

Beach is located on Mara Lake approx. 10 minute walk. Beach surface is fine sand. Mara Provincial Park is a 2 min. drive from property Beach Equipment & Boat & Ski Doo & Boat Rentals available at Club Mara and numerous 10 min in Sicamous.

Park has White Sandy Beaches Public Boat Launch, Picnic tables, Restrooms, Parking lot for Cars and Boat Trailers
